Okabia Carnival is the first of its kind in the history of the people orsu local government. The organizer of these event is a son of the soil who has taken music home and abroad. He has mingled with the likes of Mr 2kay, ill Bliss, Phyno, Soxxi, Dawix, Jah Reigns and many known established popular act in the entertainment industry who will be at the event as surprised guest to add spice to it.
He planned to make his community a place attracting foreign arts in the future so he came up with the idea Okabia Carnival to raise the face of his community.
Rowli is set to host the first Okabia Carnival with his friends from the cities and many more surprises on that day of the event. The event is scheduled to hold on the 1st January, 2016. Make sure you make plans to attend and don't allow any one to tell you how it went.... Okabia Carnival... the dream carnival of orsu people of imo state.
