Imo State Pageant Update:
Press Briefing held on the 4th of Dec at the Prestigious La Amistad Suites, Owerri to mark the Official Flag Off of the Imo State Nigeria Pageant.
(MR & MISS IMO STATE PAGEANT 2016) was recorded as a huge success.
NTA, Vanguard, Nigeria Horn, Alex Report Imo Trumpeter, and Nigerian NewsPoint were all present to cover the brief.
In a statement by the project director, Mr Chris Ikoku Amakor, he thanked all sponsors and partners present, for their overwhelming support over the years and the continuous trust they have in the renowned brand. And he officially announced the theme of next year's edition as.. "Be Poised ...Be Beautiful"
On the other hand, the Project Manager, Mr Val Peterson assured the press and sponsors present that no stone would be left unturned in ensuring the ultimate success of next year's edition of the pageant.
That of this year was very successful, next year's promises to be even more successful he buttressed.
The sitting Imo State Queen, Her Majesty Queen Stephanie Korie, who came into the premises with her 2014 Honda Element, Star Prize given to her this year from the pageant confessed that things have actually turned around in her life since after winning the Imo state Queen Nigeria Pageant. She said more things are set to happen especially now that she is set to carry out her 2nd Pet project (War Against Women Trafficking & Child Labour). It would be recalled that she carried out her 1st Project , "Health For The Aged" , in July 2015, which turned out to be very successful.
All the Sponsors and partners present were given the opportunity to talk about their individual brands and how the intend to partner with the Imo State Nigeria Pageant Organization next year to ensure a successful outing.
